Surgical Innovations Group plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 3 June 2010 that on that day Graham Bowland, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each into his self-invested personal pension at a price of 4.125p per share. Following this transaction Mr. Bowland's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,617,498 ordinary shares representing 0.43 percent of the issued share capital.
