Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that on 26 November 2018 the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's interim dividend and allocated a total of 338 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company to ESAP participants. The shares were purchased on 26 November 2018 at a price of £1.92 per share.
As a result, the Company has been notified that Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell, directors of the Company, have acquired an interest in 36 shares and 21 shares respectively. Greg Alcorn, divisional director and PDMR of the Company acquired 5 shares.
