Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that on 24 May 2019 it received notification that Paul Hollingworth, Non-Executive Director, purchased 11,583 ordinary shares at a price of 171.6923 pence per share on 24 May 2019. The transaction took place in London.
As a result of this notification, Paul Hollingworth has a beneficial shareholding in the Company of 30,916 ordinary shares, which represents 0.01% of the Company's voting share capital.
