The Company was yesterday informed by Mr G E Tuppen that Mrs H Tuppen has become a connected person within the meaning of paragraph 3(2)(a) of Schedule 11B to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and that Mrs H Tuppen is interested in 184,400 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p in the Company.

As a result, Mr G E Tuppen and his connected persons are now interested in 3,591,808 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p in the Company, which is the equivalent of 0.71% of the Company's shares in issue.
