Greene King plc announces that on 5 July the following executive directors or persons discharging managerial responsibilities acquired shares in accordance with the company's Deferred Share Bonus Scheme. The shares, details of which are set out below, were acquired at a price of 560.99p per share. They will be released to the relevant individual on 5 July 2013 unless they leave the group, other than as a good leaver, prior to that date.
