Trustees Limited, as trustee of BarrattDevelopments Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), Disposal of 1,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1015.5p per shareDisposal of 1,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 856p per shareDisposal of 500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 407p per shareDisposal of 1,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 952p per share These shares were disposed of in satisfaction of options made under BarrattDevelopments Employee Share Option Plan.
