WORKSPACE GROUP PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') OR CONNECTED PERSON
The Company received notification on 25 June 2012 that the following Directors/PDMRs had acquired Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company at a purchase price of £2.25 per share, particulars of which are as follows:
