Ladbrokes plc ("the Company") announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in the Company's Shares1.

Dividends paid in respect of Shares held under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("the Own Plan") were reinvested and the following dividend Shares awarded:

1 The share awards were made in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence per share ("Shares").

 2 Shares were purchased on 13 November 2014 ("the Purchase Date") at 121.27 pence each in respect of the Company's 2014 interim dividend and reinvested in the Own Plan on the Purchase Date. All purchases were made in the London market, details of which were notified to the Company on 17 November 2014.
