Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Maurice Helfgott, a Director of the Company, yesterday transferred 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his personal ISA. The Shares were sold at a price of 62.0 pence per Share and bought by his personal ISA at a price of 62.1 pence per Share.

As a result of this transfer, Maurice Helfgott's interest in the Company has not changed maintaining his interest of 80,000 Shares which represents 0.1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
