Director's Dealings
The Board of Elektron announces that today Keith Roy, Non Executive Director, and Keith Daley, Chairman, have each purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.25 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Roy is now interested in 405,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.47 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital. Mr Daley is now interested in 3,300,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.86 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
