Director / PDMR Shareholding
Gaming VC Holdings S.A. (AIM: GVC), a leading European online gaming company, has today been informed that on 28 April 2010:
- Mr Kenneth Alexander, Chief Executive Officer of Gaming VC, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of Euro1.24 each ('Shares') in the Company at 185 pence per Share.
- Mr Richard Cooper, Finance Director of Gaming VC, bought 25,000 Shares at 185 pence per Share.
- Mr. Lee Feldman, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, bought 25,000 Shares at 185 pence per Share.
