Grant of Award
The Company announces that on 7 August 2015, a conditional award over 546,398 Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81pence (Shares) was granted to Jeff Bell under the terms of the Centrica Long-Term Incentive Plan 2015 (LTIP).
The award is subject to satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment in accordance with Centrica’s Remuneration Policy, set out in the Company’s 2014 Annual Report, as approved by shareholders at the Company’s 2015 Annual General Meeting.
The transaction took place in London.
