Notification of change of interest of a PDMR

On 10 May 2012, Peter Ventress (Chief Executive) sold 16,371 Shares and immediately following that sale his self-invested personal pension (SIPP), administered by Hargreaves Lansdown, repurchased 16,371 Shares. The sale was effected at a price of 463.71p per Share and the repurchase at 470p per Share.

Following these transactions, the Director's interests in shares are unchanged and Peter Ventress holds a total of 76,861 Shares.
