Restaurant Group PLC01 December 2005 The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') The Company announces the following transaction: Mr Alan Jackson, Chairman, has today exercised options to subscribe for 400,000ordinary shares in the Company at 45p per share and has then immediately sold350,000 ordinary shares at 151.5p per share. Following this transaction MrJackson now holds an interest in 319,774 ordinary shares in the Company.
