Director Shareholding
The Company has been notified today that Mr Johnson Lau, non-executive director of the Company, has yesterday disposed of 20,108 ordinary shares of US$0.002 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £0.41 per share.
The Company has also been notified today that JSL Consulting Co., a company controlled by Mr Johnson Lau, has yesterday disposed of 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £0.38 per share.
Following the disposal, JSL Consulting Co. holds 64,717 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.17 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company). Mr Lau no longer holds any ordinary shares in his own name.
