Bob Davies, Non-Executive Director, acquires further shares

In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company") was notified on 22 November 2010 that, Bob Davies, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 14,000 Ordinary Shares (0.001% of the Company's issued share capital) in the Company at a price of 75.69 pence per share, in London, on 22 November 2010.

Following the above purchase, Bob Davies holds 37,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company representing 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
