Go-Ahead has been notified that Nick Swift, a director of the Company, has today acquired 9,088 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 1095 pence per share.
Nick Swift's beneficial interest in the Company is now 9,088 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.019 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
