Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Mr E T W Torr, a director of the Company, today exercised SAYE options over 2,750 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £2.04 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Torr's beneficial interest has increased to 443,033 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.687% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
