Ocado Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 2 March 2026 two awards granted to James Matthews, Deputy CEO, and a PDMR of the Company, partially vested ("Vested" or "Vesting") under the terms of the Ocado Restricted Share Plan ("the RSP"). An automatic disposal of shares resulting from the Vesting took place to cover the tax liability.
