Aggreko PLC11 June 2007 Aggreko plc 11 June 2007 Aggreko plc - Directors' Shareholdings Aggreko plc ("the Company") has been informed, that Rupert Soames, AngusCockburn, Frederick Shepherd and George Walker, directors of the Company, havetoday undertaken the following transactions and have increased their personalshareholdings in the Company: Rupert Soames has been awarded 230,400 ordinary shares under the AggrekoPerformance Share Plan 2004 and 69,120 ordinary shares under the AggrekoCo-investment Plan 2004. In addition, Mr. Soames has notified the company thathe has today sold 211,162 ordinary shares at 563p per share. Following thesetransactions Mr Soames' beneficial ownership in the Company has increased by 66%to 222,242 ordinary shares (0.08 % of the total issued share capital). Angus Cockburn has been awarded 89,600 ordinary shares under the AggrekoPerformance Share Plan 2004 and 38,400 ordinary shares under the AggrekoCo-investment Plan 2004.
