The notifications listed below were all received under Paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Poundland Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 7th January 2016 Andy Monk a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities acquired 8,337 Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'Shares') in the capital of the Company at 170.5p per share.

Mr Monk's holding now stands at 1,798,650 shares in the Company representing 0.67% of the issued share capital.
