James Cropper PLC Profit Sharing Scheme ('the Scheme')
The Company announces that on 2 August 2010 the Trustees of the Scheme transferred beneficial ownership of 106 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to each of J.M.Denman and G.T Quayle, directors of the Company.
The shares relate to an award of Ordinary Shares to the employees of the Company on 18 July 2005 under the rules of the Scheme at a price of £2.079.
Following the transaction the directors' beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company are:
