Centaur Media PLC19 March 2008 Centaur Media plc (the "Company") DIRECTORS'/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS The Company announces that on 19th March the following executives were grantedconditional awards over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under theterms of the Centaur Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 (the "LTIP"). The LTIP wasapproved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4 May2006.
