Pursuant to the rules of The 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan and The 3i Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan, on 15 June 2009 the following individuals, being Directors / persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of 3i Group plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ("Shares") in the Company as detailed against their name below:
