28 May 2014 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 27 May 2014, Deirdre Mahlan, a non-executive director of the Company, undertook the following purchases in the USA:-

- 2,500 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") (one ADR being equivalent to one ordinary share of 10 US cents) in the Company at a price of $17.14 each; and

- 2,500 ADRs in the Company at a price of $17.12 each.

The notification to the Company, received on 28 May 2014, was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. This notification is made in compliance with DTR 3.1.4R.
