The Company was notified on 27 March 2017 that on 27 March 2017 Robin Williams, Chairman, acquired 6,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 344.137 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Williams' beneficial interest in the Company is 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0128% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
