Premier Foods plc (the Company)
Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated ("PCAs")
The Company announces that on 9 February 2022, Paul Thompson, a PDMR of the Company, sold 9,083 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 116.4p per Share and then purchased 8,963 Shares at a price of 116.75p.
