Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 24 May 2010 that, on 21 May 2010, Mr Guy Leach, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 118,588 of the Company's ordinary shares in the London market at 606.0048 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1)(a).
