NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant of Conditional Share Awards to PDMRs under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan
The following disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that each of the following people, each being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), has on 25 March 2019 been granted nil cost Conditional Share Awards ("Awards") in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").
The Awards in favour of each of the PDMRs are set out below and all are made under the DBP:

The Awards are, in normal circumstances, conditional until 25 March 2022 when, subject to the terms of the DBP, the Awards will unconditionally vest. No payment is due from the PDMR to the Company on vesting.
The Company was notified of the Awards on 26 March 2019.
