Ravi Gopinath, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Cloud Officer
On 9 July 2021 Mr Gopinath exercised options over 4,599 shares following the 2019 and 2020 awards under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan and sold all resulting shares at a price of £38.55 per share.
