On Thursday 22 September 2011, Ms Brenda Reichelderfer (Non-Executive Director, Meggitt PLC) purchased 6,000 shares at a price of 328.89 pence per share. UBS Financial LLC is holding the shares as nominee for Ms Reichelderfer.

As a result of the above transaction, Ms Reichelderfer's holding in the Company is 6,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, 0.001% of issued share capital.
