Avingtrans PLC20 December 2007 Avingtrans plc Director Shareholding Avingtrans plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified today of thefollowing transactions in ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company("Ordinary Shares"). On 20 December 2007, Mr Kenneth Baker, Chairman, acquired 20,000 Ordinary Sharesat a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Bakerhas increased his holding to 832,455 Ordinary Shares representing approximately4.74 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Baker continues to hold 208,000 warrants over Ordinary Shares at an exerciseprice of 50 pence per warrant. On 20 December 2007, Mr Jeremy Hamer, Non-executive Director, acquired 10,000Ordinary Shares at a price of 48 pence per Ordinary Share.
