LogicaCMG plc announces that, on 25 May 2006, the directors and personsdischarging managerial responsibilities (PDMR's) named below, were grantedconditional share awards over Ordinary shares of 10p each under the Company'snew Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 approved by Shareholders at the AnnualGeneral Meeting held on 17 May 2006. Of the shares exercised, MrIvarson sold 64,765 (0.006% of issued class) at the price of ‚£1.6875, retaining20,562 shares.
