Old Mutual PLC04 June 2007 Old Mutual Ref 33/074 June 2007 Share interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) Exercise of a Sharesave Option On 1 June 2007, Mr James Sutcliffe, Chief Executive, Old Mutual plc, exercisedan option under the Old Mutual UK Sharesave Plan to purchase 19,939 Old Mutualplc shares at an exercise price of £0.83 per share. Mr Sutcliffe has retainedall of the shares and the total number of shares in the Company in which MrSutcliffe (together with his connected persons, for the purposes of section 346of the UK Companies Act 1985) is now beneficially interested is 1,517,819. Correction of details of PDMRs' dealings announced on 4 April 2007 The following correction is made to the details of PDMRs' share awards announcedon 4 April 2007: Mr S F Powers, Chief Executive, Old Mutual US, received a Restricted Share Awardon 30 March 2007 over 747,924 shares rather than 754,097 as previouslyannounced. The total number of restricted shares in the Company contingentlyheld under the RSP by Mr Powers is 2,077,441. Mr R Galdon, Chief Executive of Skandia ELAM, purchased 18,392 Old Mutual plcshares under the bonus matching arrangement rather than 18,329 and received amatching award over 30,950 shares rather than 30,845 as previously announced. The total number of shares in the Company in which Mr Galdon, (together with hisconnected persons, for the purposes of section 346 of the UK Companies Act 1985)is beneficially interested is 18,392 and the total number of restricted sharesin the Company contingently held under the RSP by Mr Galdon is 147,515.
