Oxford, UK - 6 December 2019: Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc ("Circassia" or "the Company"; LSE: CIR), a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on respiratory disease, today announces that on 5 December 2019, Garry Watts, who will be appointed as Senior Independent Director to the Board of Circassia on 2 March 2020, purchased 477,340 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 21.0 pence per share.
