Director/PDMR Shareholding

JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP PLC

RBC Trustees (CI) Limited as Trustees of the Johnson Service Group PLC Employee Share Trust (the 'Trust') has purchased a total of 198,400 ordinary shares on 2 September 2010 at a price of 20 pence per share.

Some of the Executive Directors of Johnson Service Group PLC are included as potential beneficiaries of the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.

Following this transaction, the Trust holds 1,286,531 ordinary shares in the Company.
