Director share purchase

Arlington Group Asset Management Limited, of which Charlie Cannon-Brookes, a director of Duke Royalty, is a director and shareholder, informed the Company on 2 February 2016 that on that day it purchased 35,000 Duke Royalty ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.13 pence per share.

Following the purchase of these shares, Arlington Group Asset Management Limited owns 295,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.74 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. Charlie Cannon-Brookes owns 158,517 Ordinary Shares directly and is therefore interested in 453,517 Ordinary shares representing 5.76 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
