Goals Soccer Centres plc ("Goals" or the "Company")
Director / PDMR Dealing
The Company was informed today that Mr. Mark Jones, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares through his SIPP on the 16 September 2016. Mrs. Jolie Jones, spouse of Mr. Mark Jones, also purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares on the 16 September 2016. All of the noted transactions were executed at a price of 107.0 pence.
Following these transactions, the beneficial interests of Mr. Mark Jones, together with his spouse, remains unchanged at 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
