Highland Gold Mining Limited ("Highland Gold" or the "Company", AIM: HGM) reports that it has been informed that Executive Chairman Eugene Shvidler and Non-Executive Director Valery Oyf have completed the sale of their holdings in the Company to Fortiana Holdings Limited ("Fortiana"), as per the statement issued by the Company on 31 July 2020.
The shareholdings in question are as follows:
