Standard Life Aberdeen plc ('the Company') was advised on 26 September 2018 by Link Market Services Trustees Limited that on 25 September 2018 the Trustees of The Standard Life Share Plan ('SLSP') purchased ordinary shares of 122/9 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on behalf of the executive directors listed below.
The shares were purchased as a result of the reinvestment of the 2018 interim dividend for participants in the SLSP. The purchase price was £3.151000 per share.
