GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS
Ten Alps plc (the "Company") announces that on 24 July 2008 it agreed to grant options over a total of 550,000 new ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 55p per share to certain directors of the Company. A total of 400,000 shares have been granted under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme ("EMI") and the remaining 150,000 were granted under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme ("USOS") as detailed below.
The EMI and USOS options will vest between 25 July 2011 and 25 July 2018. There are no performance conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to vesting / exercise.
