The Company has been notified that, on 17 April 2012 Mrs. Gillian Haynes, the wife of Mr. Michael Haynes (Group Sales & Marketing Director) sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 475 pence per share. The Company has also been notified that, on 18 April 2012, Mrs. Gillian Haynes sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 475 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr. Haynes has an interest in 31,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.31% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital excluding shares held in treasury.
