AFH Financial Group PLC, a leading financial planning led wealth management firm, announces that Alan Hudson, Chief Executive Officer, transferred the beneficial interest in 35,450 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Hudson Discretionary Settlement No.1 2021 ("Trust No.1") on 12 June 2021 and 35,450 Ordinary Shares to the Hudson Discretionary Settlement No.2 2021 ("Trust No.2") on 13 June 2021.
Alan Hudson and his wife are trustees of Trust No. 1 and Trust No. 2. Following these gifts Alan Hudson's interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
