Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that Martin Thomas, Non-executive Vice Chairman, has today acquired 35,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at a price of 67.39 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Martin Thomas is now interested in 2,150,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
