The Company announces that Sir John Parker, the non-executive chairman of the Company, today purchased 3,030 ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of £24.6331 per Share and 3,000 Shares at a price of £24.73 per Share.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4 and Listing rule 9.6.11.
