This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 12 December 2013, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Stephen Ford, a Director, has today exercised share options totalling 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 103.5p each pursuant to the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme 2008 award.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 205,111 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.0749% of the total issued share capital of the Company, and the total number of shares over which options are held by him is 351,988.
