T Twigger - Exercise of SAYE share option

On 1 November 2011, an option over 3,290 shares which had been granted to Mr T Twigger on 4 September 2008 under the Meggitt 2008 Sharesave Scheme (Save As You Earn Scheme), reached maturity. The option price was £1.714.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Twigger's holding in the Company has increased to 1,100,334 ordinary shares of 5p each, 0.14% of issued share capital.
