WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 19 May 2008, 9,833 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of 338.00p per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their April pay. The following directors, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interest in the shares:
