City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in closed-end funds, has been notified that Tom Griffith, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has sold 400,000 shares at a price of £3.41206 per ordinary share of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr. Griffith's beneficial interest is 157,147 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
