Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 13 August 2015, Mr Gary Green a PDMR and Group Chief Operating Officer, North America, sold 150,422 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1035.0846 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Green holds 365,819 shares, representing 0.022% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
